I was going to mount the ESC's in the sponsons by the motors but I think I'll put them on the tunnel with a cover so I can change things up a bit in case I decide to run the FC ESC.This way I can choose whether to run 8s1p or 8s2p.Or 6s or 10s.Just keeping the options open.

Yeah I like the esc on the tunnel idea. Not only for batt options but if you ever do get water intrusion, they arent down low in the flood.

OK got my tubes glued in.I put risers on them because i think I'm going to try Andy's trick for the gassers,he uses DuraLube for the flex's.

Are you guys going to be having these hulls for sale in the future? And think these will work with a single drive, or were they designed more for twins?

I think a single will be good.It is kinda designed based on the Geico with fairly flat ride pads.I may even have to try it as well.Macdon on here is making them and they are for sale.

Hey Shawn, Good move on those oiler tubes. We do that not only on our gassers but for electrics as well. We put silicon hose for easy oiling then plug it with a rivet. We bend the rivet wire and it serves as a handle or you always use the du-bro fuel dots.

I do mine silver solder style.Back in the day I used to make my own brass fittings as there wasn't much for the FE boats in the late 80's /early 90's.

Humm everytime ive tryed to solder to tubing it just runs off and if i get alittle to hold it dosent hold for crap, well its only alittle dribble and im a welder at a automotive shop, haha.. i gess you do it with one of those little torches?
