ill run 2 x esc's Though i have been to give the leopard outrunners a try so might be another option
you can get away with running slightly higher KV when running twins as they share the load plus on the OBs your limit to prop size any ways
I did think about a couple of OB covers but abit awkward on the OS leg though i am tempted to order a pr of bullet drives to try so still playing around with different ideas and setups
will see what happens its all money LOL

funny enough i was looking at this last nite after a guy on another forum posted about it,said its a great esc
So maybe look at getting 1

Started the sanding and filling,almost there now couple of small bits to finish up,add the sponson strakes then give it a final sanding down before sealing

iv heard the same im thinking about ordering a pr of his 3730 1600kv outrunners aswell,but they come with 6mm shafts so would need to bore the hole in the coupler,only problem we import to UK we stung on tax and handling charges

some more done,made sure the sponsons tru and straight and added the strakes
alot closer now just some detail filling and sanding to finish off then get it sealed up ready for primer

Finally finished the filling and sanding (sort off)
managed to get the 1st coat of sealer on it aswell just needs a rub down again and a 2nd coat before prepping for paint

Finally got it in highbuild primer now after doing full rebuild on other project on both hull and engine so got abit behind
just leave a day or 2 now to fully harden off before adding marker coat,then flat back do any small defects that appear before topcoat
sorting the main hull 1st then will do the hatch once the main finished this way i can make sure hatch is perfect fit before paint but this allows the thickness of paint build




Its now fully wetsanded and topcoat is now sprayed will post further pics shortly

May I ask.. Why the engine cowls? The outrunners will like all the air they can get. IMO, it looks better without them as well.

i was asked for the engine cowls for more scale looks as the 1st 5 are being setup for twin OS nitros there will be 2 so far that i know of will be for FE mine and another and another 2 are being setup for 7.5cc nitro inboards im in 2 minds with the cowls and will be
separetly molded so its upto who ever wants them
