You can just clear coat it no problem. Use acetone to clean stickers with steel wool.

I've met musicians like him. Obsessed with owning stuff, constantly buying trading etc. The idea of using it though is alien to them, always some reason why they can't play or practice. But they own thousands of $'s worth of the latest and greatest gear.
