hahahaha! thanks guys! im gonna make it by THIS christmas!
Sorry, but the boat is not ready for the water yet. still have to make esc mounts, finish battery sleds, wire it up and finish hatch work. Not toooo much, but for a weekender its alot. will be giving this beauty a custom airbrush job later down the line. no idea on scheme yet. might copy a full scale offshore boat. here is a few pics of the huge esc and where they will be mounted and one of the new FC 5516 props. Wow she really looks great I had some boats and planes that took almost 8 plus months to complete and they are far the best of the builds so when it comes to building boats and planes time does not matter to me it is the final outcome and how it all performes then you realize if it was worth it or not good luck
Bruiser how do u like the fc esc's I have been looking into getting some for quite some time now I want to get four 300 Hv's for two different twin builds I have going on
Thanks

That FC ESC looks tiny in this hull. It's a 16S/300A right? I didn't realize how cool it looks without shrink wrap. Will you paint it yourself as well? Seems like you're the jack of all trades considering all the custom CF parts.Originally posted by bruiser77 View Posthahahaha! thanks guys! im gonna make it by THIS christmas!

Espresso I have 4 castle hydra 240hv's that I bought for the build's along with 4 200 Hv ice's to do some logging on the maiden run but I was thinking about the fc controllers instead of the hydra 240 's so I would sell them but keep the ice 200's do u know when the 16s 300 double is coming out Thanks for the info Chris gmy youtube videos http://www.youtube.com/user/chris81983?feature=mhee

Thanks Chris, i agree with ya and hope thats the case with this build. I have heard alot of good things about these esc's and Ben is a great person to deal with. Customer service on his products is awesome. Ive heard there is a water proof version of these that has just gone into production and there will be data logging soon as well. All my other FC esc's have worked perfect and im very happy with them. Looking forward to putting 12s to my newest additionsOriginally posted by Chrisg81983 View PostWow she really looks great I had some boats and planes that took almost 8 plus months to complete and they are far the best of the builds so when it comes to building boats and planes time does not matter to me it is the final outcome and how it all performes then you realize if it was worth it or not good luck

ya the big motors and hull do make the esc's look alot smaller in the pic, 6'' long though. Yes theyre the 16/300 wrapped with clear heat shrink. Nooooo painting for me, Im gonna leave that to the professionals, im a 2 tone painter at best! LOLOriginally posted by Espresso View PostThat FC ESC looks tiny in this hull. It's a 16S/300A right?
