I haven't really timed it but I think its about 8 mins on a total of 8400mah at 45C

Thanks, cannot decide 4cell or 6cell. I see from vids 4cell is plenty for these hulls, but it would mean buying 2cell or 4cell packs when I allready have plenty of 3cell. Hmm.

And 8 min is not good for a race if not how long ate they out by you and that leopard. Were thinking about is way to heavy of a setup for your boat IMO

I will get it timed properly soon. It may be more. OSE estimation shows 11 mins. Time flies when your having fun though! Seems shorter

A lot of people use the 4082 motor in this hull. I was thinking one up!
I could even go 4092 2000kv. Get me a bigger prop and keep 4s.
The Hull is very light to start with and could do with re-enforcing. I have layered mine a few times with epoxy and I have them rails and supports in there.

On OSE I only see the 4092 goes up to 1730 kv i love the 4082 personally 2200 kv 4 s I have one in a mm but you can also look for a cc1520 and run it on 5s or 6s I am running that setup in a Titan and I am hitting 60 mph constant now but it is a little much for that hull I try to keep it around 55 but the motor has plenty of power for propping up and my amps and temps are low

The set-up I currently have would be a perfect one for you. Or if you wanted more torque you could get a 4082 1600kv and run that on 6s using your 3 cell batts in series. I have seen a X447/3 blade work well with this.
