    I think you are running too light or too fast, you need to get both the transom and a bit of the sponson to dig more, then you won't get any porpoising.

      OK, Just ran the boat.

      Boat has a new prop, prop shaft, and wire.
      Also, straightened out the stuffing tube.

      I raised the strut and took out the negitive, as Fluid sugested.

      The boat flies now!!
      has a very agressive, bow up attitude.
      Very light on the water.
      Runs with a nice steady screeming sound!
      Everything came back just warm -- no cooling problems.

        Mine isnt having issue with .187" flex. I use Grimracer speed grease. It WILL vibrate a bit on the bench, however once in the water it mellows right out. FYI, the Grim grease is quite thick.

        You gotta love how these things handle huh?! Perfection!
