Are you gonna change out the complete flex cable and everything? If your current setup is L/R props, then I'm assuming you are using an L/R flex cable as well.

Yes, of course. I use a pair of L/R props, with a pair of L/R flex cables too.
Except my usual, I have some of flex cables for clockwise rotation props.

It was the first run for my new twin cat, and i am very happy.
I try : 2 x 4s, 2 x 442 (L/R).
Everything, cool. Everything, dry.

My next run maybe will be with a pair of 1,4 x 43,5mm (R/R) !!!, or 445 (R/L).

I have one on order and will start the build in the next week or so

Also, I noticed a bit of hoping (some refer to it as the "Porpoise Effect") at top speed.
I'll be interested to hear how you adjust for this (I've seen this same hull run perfectly in other videos)?

Move the COG forward and the porpoising should stop. I have a good number for ya; 24cm from the sponson transom.

That looks really nice. How exactly do you do that? Does it involve any prep work? Or do I you just put down some resin/epoxy and carefully lay down the carbon fiber? Thanks.

Hi nosreme722.
First of all, you have to clean the surface and make it "wild" before lay the carbon fiber.
A very important point is the pre-measurement of carbon fiber pieces.
You have to see before you set the epoxy, the place of each one.
I use an 24h epoxy, so i can fix the carbon and the resin, as mindfully as i want.
But it's difficult to remove it when you have put down the epoxy.

I prefer to lay the carbon fiber first and then put down the resin.
Quite slowly. This way allows you to make your facing without enclose air bubbles.
