Nice Yamaha!!!Originally posted by Howard Lee View PostI will show you how i balance my boats. First you need to run the boat and find a good spot to start from. Then make a mark on the boat where you balanced it at. Run the boat and check your speed. Now move the batteries only a 1/4 of a inch at a time. This might take some time to find your best balance. Also your prop angle needs to match your balance. Think of your prop as if its drawing a straight line. If your prop angle is to high, you will have a nice rooster but this will not be the fastest setup. This might help some of the less experienced.

Last page of my build thread. It's titled Larrys 32" twin cat. It rides great and doesn't blow over. I don't know center of gravity. It's way forward though.

So are you running a pair of 5s lipos in this? I have a pair of 4s stuffed in mine and had to cut the hatch opening to get them in there. Yours must be a little bit friendlier shape for this hull.

Turnigys 4s 4000mAh fit in the sponsons,Keith.5000's won't though. I assume you have them on the tunnel floor, but lower in the sponsons is better.
