Ran her again today with the 642 and lost 2mph.....Ran at 35 and some change. Didn't expect that but oh well I will keep testing.

Got her in the water today and tried out a x645 and she went like a bandit! Fast take-off and good speed (40.5mph). Got her in and checked out the temps on the motor and esc and everything was just barely warm. Gonna prop up some more. This is exactly opposite of my usual strategy of crazy high rpm's.

Anybody have any lessons to give on turn fins for these. I have a set almost made and was wondering about the placement of them.

Ran the prince yesterday with a little more power behind it. Turnigy 120a marine with a medusa 2200kv "s" can. First run 44mph on 440/3. Second run 46mph on x642. I am really liking this boat. Skips over wakes and hardly ever lands belly up!

Not bad considering it's taken me a 2200kv motor to get the speeds you got with a 1500kv motor.
