why dont you take it to a local body shop and ask them to clear it with a car theyre already doing =)

I can't get them to formulate anything that sticks. Always peels off with the tape.

Baking it like this with acrylic lacquer, the paint bonds better than any body shop job I've tried.

I used to do this with motorcycle race bodywork. Every shop job I could find, the clear pulled off with the vinyl numbers. Sucked.

So.. this works. It's just a pain. =)

I heat the can up to 130 degrees and pre-heat the hull to 120, then bake it at 150 for 8-10 hours then let it cure for 2-3 weeks. Indestructible.

To me, it looks similar to the Genesis. The front of the hatch area being curved. Cant really get a good idea of the dimensions from pics. It looks like a Genesis, Apparition hybrid.

Yep. It's the new "Fighter Cat" hull.

12 of them are on their way from the factory. (arrival 45 days)

It's a 32" cat, similar to the Apparition, EKOS, Skunk, etc.

I'm basically just cutting off the butt. About 1" from the transom, and patching it with CF plate. The sponson transoms are far from flat, or square to the hull also. I may use the stingers I got from you after that and save my custom stingers for something else. The area of the sponson transoms is just too small for me to mount my stingers well.

with the stingers adjusted all the way positive, they still have neg angle... quite a bit since the transoms are kicked back so much. I WILL make it work though.
