Nice. Do you have a website?Originally posted by ScarabChris View PostYup, and they are very popular. I think its the biggest "gotta have it" item for boaters these days. As long as they are not flashing above the waterline they they are legal.Steven Vaccaro

Those are the dimensions you listed, but the large 250 seems a bit large based upon my feeling of how big that motor cowling is. That 's why I would like you to check the cowling dimension.

Ray I have a big computer screen so when I open the pic they are huge. Also the radar will have LOWRANCE both sides.

Damn...looking at the console now with the arch the console might be a little big. Thats going to be tough to change. We'll see....

Yes, I was a little hesitant about using that hull for this but its all tying in perfect. Once I get the rest of the decals on I'll post some new pics. I'm doing a few other things too.Originally posted by westbeach View PostDayum, real nice lines on the Challenger hull. What a great build this has turned out to be.
Thanks so much for all the help guys. This boat is looking great, now I just need to get the speed dialed in. May have to go brushless later.

New video.
Sorry this one sucks too. I was shooting and driving at the same time. Most of the video is just a nice view of the canal behind my house.

Found a video of another twin EP1 boat that is super fast. Can someone look at his description and tell me what motors he is running under those cowlings? I wouldn't mind seeing some speeds closer to that. Guess I'll have to go brushless.

I like your vid...not sure why you would want to go faster....has a really nice scale looking speed. Faster would look out of place and a brushless motor will strip the gears even faster....been there, done that!Grand River Marine Modellers
