how far off center can i go and wont the stuffing tube under the hull being turned screwup the way it runs,,,,

I think rumdog meant the rudder, offsetting the strut won't take it out of the propwash. :D

If you do offset the strut, only put it over a few mm, and offset the motor and stuffing box too.

So keep it straight but move it all over a few mm,,,not the rudder,,,,if i put the strut normal and more the rudder over how far can it go,,, i asume not all the way to one side of the keel..

You'll want the rudder offset to the right of the prop enough that full deflection in either direction doesn't put the rudder blade into the prop.

How wide is the tunnel? How big of a prop do you plan on running?

the tunnel is just over 3'' wide and the prop i think is a 427,,,

Well i got some new Mystic decals for the rear corners like the real Geico thanks to ''Ray'' thanks again Ray,,,so just need to clear over thwm and on with the build..PS sorry some of the pics were alittle fuzzy..

What will power be, sir? And, yes I meant offset the rudder. Set it so the blade is even with the inside edge of the starboard sponson. I have a motor that would be awesome for this on 2s btw. I'll give you an awesome deal on it if interested. I wanna see this little kitty fly!

Come on Scott,,snap to it slimjim,,thanks guys my wife says im a perfectionist and would rather throw it away if i cant get it wright but i want this one to get wet for sure,,,Rumdog i have a brand new Turnigy 2700kv, 380 size on 3s i plan on useing but if not i have a little 4600 or 4800 dont remember witch it is but had it in my mini hydro and it would try to spinout constantly,,,may use it!!
Cant compete with how Scott builds but i think its going to be ok,,,,

Sounds like a good motor but then i have to buy a small 2s batt,,i have two brand new 3s batts i have been trying to use in something and my 2700 Turnigy motor is brand new, intended for those batts!!!! if i didnt already buy this stuff i would be all over it man,,got everything i need to go in it just gotta get building it,,,now if you wanna trade this stuff maybe but cant buy anymore right now!!!!

I'd run the big one. If it ends up being too long and causes it to handle funky, you can trim it down a bit. Too long is better than too short.
