OLD Seaducer 37" mono OPS nitro to FE conversion build

Bought this boat used many years ago with a nitro 7.5 motor. Have not touched it in years. Pulled out all the nitro stuff and ready to install FE.

Per previous input on this forum (and Offshore owner)
    Motor-Leonard 4082 X2 1600 KV
    Esc-Raider 150
    Battery-6S 5000 mAh 100C

The first order of business is to get it water tight. I have access for free 3d printing at our local library so I am drawing up parts (Sketchup) and 3d printing.

First thing is to fill in the access hole someone added at the front of the hatch.

The front modification is not quite "square". Drew it up and 3d printed the first try. Came pretty close. Added a lower portion for the cowl to insert into to hold the front end down.

There is no nice flat lip around the entire opening so I came up with this, will 3D print it and fiberglass it into the opening on the two side ledges that are there. This should give a full perimeter, flat surface for the cowl to sit on.

Next is the cowl itself. This is made to fit on the support ring above with the front inserted into a tab and the rear held with cowl locks. Grabbed the "bump" from the sketchup warehouse. Anyone have 3d data of different bumps/cowls?
