What is used to keep the carbon clothe in place? What black stuff is used to hold the mount in?

Here is the answer to your PM Boater, so everyone can use the info.

            The boat length is 20"
Length at end of LONG rudder is 25"
            Width is 5.5"
Length from stern to rudder is 5"
            Depth of rudder is 3"
Stinger is 3 3/4" from stern to end of prop nut

I didnt put this one together, but i assume its some epoxy holding the motor mount in. And i will try and get some more pix up today!

I set the rudder even further back for these pictures. I will move it back to the stock position when I run it.

This looks like the rudder i have, not sure if its the same size.

I guess my shaft is from HOtr on ebay too, but couldnt find it.

I have a 75mm rudder. Think that would be enough. Or should I get a 95mm to be safe? Have a pic of the view of the back of the transom?

Ok. Well the transome is only 2 3/8" high. I think my 75mm rudder should do fine.
