One of my new motor mounts and the dual ball bearing setup. I have devised a way that both bearings come out of the strut to be repacked upon re-install. This saves the bearings from corrosion and early failure.

Nice Randy, what's the diameter of the hole in the rear support for a 15 series Neu and split cooling tube cushion?

It is a 1 5/8 with a little hand work to fine fit. Motor mount kit for under $20.00 bucks!

            Glued in the runners.

Stuffing tube built with water cooling.

Flex shaft and servo mount installed.

Boat is ready to paint and install electronics. All that is left for me to do is trim out the hatch and I am done with my part.
