I run electrics ( fast ? that's opinion ) and I recharge my packs via green energy collected by wind/solar, or so my energy bills claim.
If I get handed a CO2 charge, I will breathe less.

Ive not seen new flux capacitors for sale since late '80's.. questionable benefits in old technology.

Is it true our glorious Aussie PM is going to make it mandatory that all fast electrics MUST have a smart meter installed to monitor our CO2 output?
Is it cheaper if I have a Flux Capacitor installed?
