Which ESC do you have? Fightercat rebranded both Suppo and Flier ESCs.

I don't know about the Fliers but use Suppo a lot and they are TX programming only, I find the easiest to follow Suppo TX programming instructions are for the ETTI branded ESCs.

I have the fightercat racing 3-17s lipo 11-75V 150A OPTO Isolated model: V100-A200

Yup I have too. The guy that is selling them on ebay right now had issues sending it to me. He said he tried 3x and I still did not get it. Not very reliable

Yeah, that's a red flag.

My Flier programming box looks like this one on eBay. Keep an eye out for one like that, it might work with your ESC.
