WTB:Zelos 36 teflon liner

My stock teflon liner destroyed and i need new the bad think is that it use some weard dimensions and cant go with the common ones sold.
ID is 5mm and OD is 6.75mm and the brass tube ID is 6.80mm,give me a shout if you have spare or something similar to this size.
