A bit late, but I can offer carbon and aluminum parts. However I won't side drill. Just take a look at the thread I posted in your prop sale post.

I have pretty good turn around time and it's a hobby for me, not a business, so you don't have to worry about some absurd bill... been there. All I would need is a general design or drawing as well as material choice and thickness.
