Ya i dont think i have enought i was thinking about it thought. I have aboult 1 1/2 ft of keith bradleys cf. would that be enough? I know how to i just dont want to and then run out

If it's actual quality plate we're talking about, I would describe the process as "Time consuming, expensive, and a lot of work".

You mean like these? http://kintecracing.com/Building_Supplies.html ( about 15 or 16 items down). Different thickness. 2 mm and especially the 2.5mm are impeccable.

Look on ebay and buy some there then cut it down with bandsaw or dremel.
It's best cheapest option.
