Just out of curiosity, what are the circuit boards hanging off the balance taps?

Those are Astroflight Binky's. http://www.astroflight.com/106.html Very handy 6S balancers that will balance very precisely. I use these to balance batteries after a storage charge.

All the batteries are spoken at this time.
