I have an AMMO 3656 1800kv I was going to use in a 1/10 car project.But no water jacket

I run 4s and I think the 3656 is rated @ 14.8 volts max.My batts on a full charge is @ 16.8 volts.I am new to the hobby so I am open to any suggestions.thanks
