    Wtb esc.

I'm building a custom mono and need an esc capable of 4-6s preferably a proboat stocker or a seaking. I have around 40$ to spend on it. Thx. Pp waiting.

For a reliable 6s esc, youre going to be hard pressed to find one for around $40.

Well at this point ill only be running 4s so I would settle for a 2-4s esc in that same price range.

How reliable are the seaking 60a escs?

Ive heard they arent very reliable. I have run SeaKing 120's with great success. They are around $70. Swordfish 120's are very good also. I'd get the Swordfish from OSE. Fast shipping and Steve helps with warranty, something you wont get with SeaKing. Other than that, get a UL-1 60amp esc, but, its 4s only. The extra amp rating of the others above give you more head room for upgrades in the future. Good luck.

My friend has a swordfish. I don't like having to use the pistic converter tho. Ill think bout the sv27 esc I would prefer having a built in lvc

I have a Seaking 60... three actually and have never had an issue with any of them. I may have a proboat 45a I could part with.

Well maybe he got a weird one. I know it works with the pistix tho. it acted like an aircraft esc the first time we plugged it in.

I have a proboat one you can have just pay a few $ for shipping, its the top one pictured. I fried one of mine, and horizon set me this one and said it was new, it looked used to me, I bitched and they sent me another one, I've used to once and seem to work fine, its jsut been sitting.
