I can make you one in a jiffy. Got the stuff. You would need to buy a pair of Brass water inlets from Steve since I don;t keep any on hand.
It's late, gotta go to bed. I was going to make a few tomorrow maybe.
I do it for enjoyment, all by hand.

This is 6mm to .250" the .187" is just as simple for me.
This is about .750" in diameter but, I had to step it down to .500" since I have a water cooled motor mount that is 1/4" thick...
The most labour for me is the nine set screw holes, just a bit of a pain in the arse but, they work well so far... Nortavlag Bulc Comment

The mounts are just CF sheets that can be drilled. I'm able to get a 5mm to .078 coupler through it. I have a couple of T600's I may want to try in the Top Gun. Have you had any issues with the set screws? Now with the 1717's and x452/3's I've had to really torque down on the couplers to get them to not spin.Comment
