Parts for a 17" Mini Hydro On a Budget

I am looking for anything that might work for my boat.

If you have something similar or some spare parts laying around that you could part with let me know.

I do not have any parts yet for the build so I will need to buy everything one way or another.
Also parts don't have to be perfect shape as this is a budget build & trying to keep my costs down.
