I've got a new rudder with single water pick up, and 1.5" bracket. It is a total of 4" tall. From the bottom of the bracket it is 3.1" . Would this work for you?

that is a nice rudder, but i just purchased a strut rudder combo at good price could not pass up thanks for the offer , see anything else on my list you might have
