For a 6s setup the ice would be my choice no question...like baked says it's got a internal bec that is actually good up to 8s too... Guys run them in their fancy jets too.... Never heard anything bad about them.... That would be my choice and they are reasonable cost wise...

I know alot of folks aren't even watercooling them.... they have BIG heatsinks..I'd mount a small fan atop and run it.... they are supposed to be VERY VERY good esc's.... CYBERXT has been using them in boats with 1527's for awhile... I wouldn't think twice about buying one if I was looking for another up to 8s esc right now...
