Any interest in a 2215 2y with jacket. I ran it in my scale hydro. Six or seven times. I am going to a 1527 instead. It is on a mount that is set on I think it's 4" stringers.

That would be a great motor for your hull b. A much better choice than the 1y in my opinion. Run her on 12s and put up some big speed numbers with the right prop!

only thing that would concern me is running 12s on a 12s limit controller... I wouldn't run a castle hv240 past 10s myself.... 12s with this motor means you need a Schulze....I think 10s with this 2y would still be lots of fun though :)

I think a 1.5y is the ideal motor for you Brad.... great 8s motor.... the 1y is more of a hydro motor so don't go there....monos are ampy so keith is def right on there..... this motor would work.... I would only run 10s though with that CC 240hv with a big motor like the 2215 in a mono... 12s with CChv240= bad day on the water...... JMHO and I have had $1000 days on the water...

That's 750 kv. I run her with 10s and an CC HV 240. I am not sure about 12s though.
