No they are just a bare hull. The hull is not gelcoat and needs to be finished and painted. I used the recomended Speedmaster strut and rudder. All the hardware that is used is available right here on OSE.

The Hobart race doesn't start until the 10th. I wouldn't suspect racers to start showing up until the day before.
