Actually, I don't have any lid for it. That is the one from the crackerbox box, but it can be made to work. I was thinking of the open engine jet boats, like the river runners. The have the motor right in back with two seats in front of the engine. I could include an extra piece of flat plastic. cut the guys out, or just use the engine portion with a flat front, or for free I will throw in the flat plastic and you could fab up your own.Originally posted by tiletony View Posti dont want to sink this thing but i want the real look of a jet boat...do you have a flat lid i could work with that..i just dont want the guysAttached Files

Like that....
Guys in front, motor in back, make a rollbar if you want.
Real jet boat:

If you detail the guys and engine and paint the rest of the cowl black it will look like its open, but you wont have to worry about getting electronics wet. A roll cage could be built from plastic rod from your LHS or brass/aluminum tubing from OSE.
