I have one that is set up for LSH with a new UL-1 motor. Ul-1 esc. has extra cap installed. All hardware was bought from Fullers. The yellow canopy in picture is cracked but is still usable. I have a new turbine cowl that will be included. There are a few prop marks on bottom that are visible in picture they have been patched but need to be painted. Prop not included.
Hull plus UL-1 motor, esc., .130 flexshaft, 5mm x.130 flex coupler and hardware $250.00 plus shipping. Can add used Tactic RX & TX for additional $50.00

I got a bran new yellow UL1. it has the cracked turn fin thing which i just never fixed but the boat and everything that comes with it new, 100% bran new except it need to be repaired. If interested PM me and i can talk more about it.

I was also thinking of parting it out because i dont really have the time to make the repair.
