WTB rudder for 1/16th hydro

Looking for a rudder for a 1/16th scale hydro project something like an Octura OC4WRA or similar rudder. Don't want bare aluminum or silver anodized.

How long you need your rudder blade to be?Do you have to have a water pickup on the rudder?

No don't want a water pickup 3 to 3.5 inches
