WTB 2mm to 3.2mm universal coupling

Does anyone know where I can find a universal joint / coupler to connect a 3.2mm motor shaft to a 2mm prop shaft? Graupner does make one (part # 355.4) but I have no idea where I could get one on this side of the pond. Any ideas?

I can make a coupler for that but it is not a universal joint that pivots. It is a solid connector with set screws on each end.
