i have a slash that i love but may get rid of it. i will try to send pics. pm me your email. the slash is et up...all aluminum, frame, beadloclrims, cc NEW 6s mamda max escwith 4600cc motor, rat race truck body piggy back aluminum shocks..pertty much no plastic parts at all i have been puttting it together for about 1 yr, but would be interested in selling it or trading it for a boat for boat stuff..let me know if your interestedComment

If I were you, I would switch the slash for an SC10. Make sure your buddy gets one too, you'll be much happier with the AE car.
Same price, much better product.

Spec racing class? If it's all short course trucks, then SC10 would absolutely be the way to go, but my guess is your spec class is Slash only?Comment

Yeah i know the sc10 is a better driver car, but half the time our track has puddles all over it so i figured waterproof would get more use. I know i could just put waterproof stuff on the sc10, but hey, if you break a traxxas most everywhere carries parts, where only one of my LHS carries parts for the sc10
On another note, i found one over at rctech with 5 batts, charger, for 135 shipped. Just bought it!Comment
