Iv spent over 650.00 in this build, I was shooting to get the car into the 90's if not 100mph+ With the right gearing the car on 2s should run 85mph without a hair less Im almost positive. I wouldnt recommend 3s with the gearing I have on the car now.

You can't run the 9000kv motor on 3s cuz the motor can't handle the rpm's from what I was reading when I bought my mamba max 5700 system and that's why I went with the 5700 is because it's the highest kv that you can still run 3s with! They may have changed that now but I wouldn't reccomend trying it without looking into it. It said that wright on Castle's web site.

I stated it wouldnt be a great Idea to start on 3s, the esc will run really hot and yes eventually damage. I was planning on running 2s 5000mah packs in this car, but I have decided If I can get alittle money back there are more important things I need.

looks like a fast ride. That is the first with a cutout for changing batteries. Do people usually use a bash plate? I would hate to run a rock through a cell at 80mph plus.. Might turn into a fireball!

I have the bottom plates to hold in the lipo or batt of choice. Theres no way after its bolted in that a rock would catch the battery. Still for sale, never ran, 500.00 great price for this combo guys!
