    Wow,

What qualifies as a BAD TRADER around here. Serves me right for jacking 6S HYDRO's interest in this POS.

I finally got into it tonight, thinking all it needs is a new flex cable, shaft drive dog and prop.

    AWWW HELLL NO !

This SV27 was beat down HARD. The stuffing tube points to the port AND DOWN .... how in the hell do you do that ? So I guess I am going to have to re-stuff this hull.

The stringers are VERY flimsy and are coming off of the hull.

There is a BIG scar in the gelcoat on the starboard side that was not mentioned not pictured ... I wonder why

The cowl latch is gone ... again not mentioned.

silicone is glopped everywhere on the transom.

I can olny pary the elcetronics are not fried on this thing.

      Hey Dave,
umm wow you sound very unhappy. First off in my defense this was my first supervee and i did buy it used. It ran perfect except for the last time i took it out which the shaft broke and i lost the prop. At that point decided i was done with boating for awhile (hence all my other boats for sale on the this forum). i had no idea the stuffing tube was misalign. what are stringers? The cowl latch was never there. I always tape it so it didn't bother me. In the end dave you paid me 130 shipped for everything. Shipping cost me around 15 dollars including the paypal fee's. The boat itself, electronics, hardware has to be worth $115.00 even with the imperfections. If you have anymore complaints feel free to Pm. Don't accuse me of being a bad trader in front of the whole board without hearing my side. Don't take this message wrong or hostile. Just trying to work things out.

hmm the cowl latch system is what people usually remove be cause its not waterproof and taping it was your best bet. FYI.

Also in all cases i had my boats with sponges just for a precaution of getting electronics went doesnt mean there is an absolute leak... i think the interior would be very dirty if there was a leak.

To those of you who think that this was an UP FRONT deal read that quote. That is NOT the case with this boat and it was misrepresented. I would've paid $20 more the the Ferrari boat in the Swap Shop had this seller described the ACTUAL condition of this boat.

It needs the stringers re-done and a new stuffing tube, that is definitely NOT "almost rtr". The extra scars in the hull I can live with ... but this seller stuck me with his "problems" ... that's bad karma no matter how you look at it.

it was sill a good deal, i would have done all that stuff to it anyways once i got it. ps dont redo the stuffing tube just bend it back. the motor and esc are worth that selling price thats why i jumped on it. if you want to sell the boat to me for the orig price i will take this one still.

                Thanks 6S ....

I guess my newbie perspective was clouded since I wanted to get something on the water for the 4th weekend.
