No worries Nate, he had the money in your cousins account because I forced his hand by transacting in good faith and in total transparency, just as these forums are intended. Based on Sailr's only offer of "$85 shipped and insured" in post #6, he would not have taken it upon himself to suddenly, without notice, send you a payment for your full asking price had I not posted my intentions in post #7

I don't see where he states you need to have insurance on any swap shop item. If there is something I missed, please let me know?

Its now a requirement that you state insurance or no insurance with shipping.

Its also a requirement to state UPS, Fedex or USPS. Remember UPS/Fedex have tracking, USPS only has delivery notification, which doesn't show where the package is or isn't.

Good point Steven but I can see how that post could be misunderstood to say that you have to have insurance. It's sorta, kinda, implied in my opinion. It would be better to say" Please indicate whether insurance is provided or not"

Also good point about shipping. I personally won't let UPS touch anything less fragile than an iron anvil. Fedex has done well by me and they are at least 1/2 the cost of UPS.
