Ok Nate, here's my deal. I have two boats available, the yellow one and a red one. The yellow one does have some dings and minor scratches, but the hull is water tight - the scratches on the bottom are from a sanding treatment which gained 3-4 mph. It has been slightly modified for water tightness, such as the silicon in the hatch to seal up the holes and around the seat. I have worked with it for a day tuning and it is running dang good, 37 mph with 4S and the X447 prop you see on it (see vid in my second post). You might get more out of it with 14 cells.

The red one is brand new and still has the box, but the motor/esc were removed for another project. I can transfer the motor/esc from the yellow to the red one and it will be essentially brand new. For the red one I have to submit pics later as the boat is not at my house. I will get pics up asap.

Either case, I am including the following: two 7 cell 4500 mah packs from OSE used once. The 6 props go too, a grimracer 42X55, the X447 on it, and four CF props, the three blade 40 mm, a 48mm, a 42mm and a 40 mm. The radio is a Rio 51 FM radio, with AA batts (that work too).

If you are looking for aesthetics, go red, if you want tuned and truly RTR, go yellow. Your choice, both good ones.

            Here's round one photos

And round two. The chip on the nose happened when it was dropped, the hairline crack is limited to that spot but the hull is not compromised. Scratches on bottom are only aesthetic. Batteries are new, used once and props are in perfect shape (I happened to put the hook tape on the wrong side, but they are the ones on OFE site for $45 each). Radio is FM Rio 51 radio. I put marine power stickers on, but can remove them if necessary.

G'mornin Nate, here are pics of the red one. This hull is pristine, ran once and not a ding on it. I will transfer the motor/esc to this guy and it will be fully operational when it gets to your door step. All props, battery and same radio go with this gem as well. This is definitely the better deal, but like I said you will need to do the prep work on this yourself. I can apply the same tuning I did on the yellow boat as best I can and bench test the electronics for you.

If you are interested, I could do some of the prep work that really should be done to seal up this out of the box model.

Happy deciding! I can ship today if you so choose.

                    Prep work would include,

                    silicone sealing the stuffing tube,
moving antenna out of the hatch and sealing the hatch with silicone,
adding a better water pick up that works better than the rudder pick up
even sealing the hatch with silicone (really helps a lot!)
lubing flex drive with grim racer grease
sanding bottom of hull to reduce suction of glossy surface

If you prefer, you could substitute a pair of 2S Rhino 20C packs 4900mah - surprisingly punchy cells, for the two 7 cells. Also, you could have the GR 4466 in place of the 4255.

Those aren't bruises, they are .... endearing imperfections. Proof that it works, and well! All proof that it has survived a rigorous shake down and is still makin wake! The tangerine is a beaut, but nuthin like the deep cherry hue of mr. red! Plus, you get batteries and props, so truly RTR! then optional prep work.... let that speak for itself and see what speaks your language!
