Just sent my $140 in from sales@joepmbc.com. I put a note in there stating I will take the BEC if it will handle 6S and if not, to just send me the standard unit. Should I go with the caps for a 6S application as well? Thank you.

Bec is good to 5s. I will send the esc with NO bec. As Ub said about the cap bank. Let me know either way on the cp bank. Esc will not ship until I hear one way or the other.

Will the 150 Etti handle the Neu 1515/1Y on 4S and 6S?

I would have to say 4s yes, 6s no.

If you recommend the cap bank for a 6S Feigao 12xl setup, then I'll take that too. I just honestly don't know what the advantage to using them is. Help prevent ESC voltage from dropping too low under quick load? Thanks.

I am only 6" from the battery to the ESC- but the one wire that connects the two packs as a series is ~8 1/2" (3" on each pack and about 2.5" on the "y" connector.

Should I use the caps or no?
