as per pics quick measurement 4 of them are 2X1/2X7" long and 4 are 6-1/2" long is $40 shipped ? I cant find these bags on line thanks

I think your measurements are written wrong.
2 X 1/2 X 7" long ??
I would be interested if the middle number is larger than 1/2"
