The black holes are filled with black epoxy, already done when I bought the boat years ago.

They were probably drilled with the intentions of installing hatch screws and just was never done and so the previous owner just filled it with epoxy.

Doesn’t say on the box if it’s v2 or 3, box is blue and white,looks just like the one in the OSE store,maybe my program card will tell me ,
