It was going to cost me $48.00 to ship a Zelos 36 from TN to Champaign Illinois via FedEx until Horizon was kind enough to take care of the return shipping back in January for a defective boat.

Assuming 15 lbs total (10 lb boat). and a box 36x16x12(estimate) the size makes it $48.75
Assuming small 15 lb box, the cost was $12.

I think the size makes expensive but cheaper than ups.

Ok, that’s great! I’ll check tomorrow for shipping cost. I have time tomorrow to bundle it up and ship it. Is that ok? At worst Monday, I will chk both ups and fedex. I plan to sent ground with tracking and insured for 700. Sound ok?

Sounds good take your time packing it! I would remove rudder and protect drives from damage.
