I finally got this boxed up. The box is 12x12x40 and weighs 7lbs

Insanity Plea has first dibs at the asking price.

FedEx Ground quote to VA 23321 is $38 + $110 for the boat the total is $148

The box is a couple inches too tall, if it were 40x12x10 it would ship USPS Ground for $16, when the height changes to 11" it's $37. That's based off Luce, MI zip code which is pretty far north, I'm not sure where you're located...

Sorry but to PROPERLY package a boat hull to prevent damage in transit requires room and cushioning. One thing I can guarantee is this one won’t be damaged unless it is COMPLETELY mishandled buy the carrier.

Sorry but to PROPERLY package a boat hull to prevent damage in transit requires room and cushioning. One thing I can guarantee is this one won’t be damaged unless it is COMPLETELY mishandled buy the carrier.

Sorry FedEx Ground to AZ is $69 per dims and weight posted plus the $110 on the hull... sorry shipping costs on items like this have gotten out of hand.

I believe the shipping is kind of high but you can't really control that maybe a little bit smaller box. But if you was to pay half shipping and I pay the other half I would still be interested in buying it.

Cut the corners of the box down 2 inches and let the top of it fold over that extra 2 inches. Watch the shipping price fall... You'll still have 2-1/2 inches of space between the boat and box on top & bottom, which is more space than the sides have.
