Bill, i will send you the batteries, as you can see i'm honest and wanna get this done. If i send them without trying to contact him, then he calls me and says he never got paid cause of claim, and ask me why i didnt return them to him. I can at least say i called and emailed him with no response. Please just give me til tomorrow, and if i don't hear from him i'll ship them to you and I hope you don't hold this against me but i think its the best way. Just 12hrs and I'll ship them.

To answer the question , yes, was reported to Paypal , how do you ever know who is to be trusted ? The only guarantees in life , as they say are "death and taxes" lol !
