Do a search might get you a quicker answer.
What hull? Twin cat or twin mono?
In a very general sense that is observed with a twin cat:
It depends on the hull, there is no given. I have mine set turning inwards . Such a set up typically lifts the transome and keeps the front end planted but can induce spin outs. Note that the kind of props you are using also affect the pros and cons of such a set up. You really have to experiment by trying both ways.
Also worth noting is your intended driving style: Straight aways or Offshore style circling.
Too many boats, not enough time...

Um....is that in mph or km/h? Also that esc can't handle 16s. Plus no 1400kv motor will handle 16s without exploding or melting into one mass. What you mean is 8s, but even then, what batteries fit in that hull. You can't be running anything big since they're in parallel.
