is the seam cracked open above the stinger? grab the stinger and give it a light wiggle and see if that is moving separate from top half of hull.

I do have the original box. It has the original radio. I can include lipos at additional cost if needed. It's sitting on the stand in a few of the pictures and yes it's included. I already said previously I'd ship buyer will have to split shipping.
