Ok so we missed this one but it appears neither of you know the rules so here is the rule

11. NO Paypal fee's can be added to the listing. For example $20 and if paid with Paypal an extra 2%. As a user of Paypal its against the PayPal rules and regulations to charge a fee to a buyer.
