Call me a fool, but there is something terribly wrong here. I have a Rico, new, with *ALL* hardware, and nothing more, and I would be taking a loss if I were to sell at what the OP is asking for this.
As much as I'd like to take *advantage* I can not. This sale goes way beyond just being a bargain. highflyerbill are you OK? are you in trouble?

Well a Rico bare hill is twice the cost of a df33 bare hull just keep that in mind you can buy a new df33 just bare hull for $130 from Steve here at ose, there is no fancy work here a simple motor and servo mount... No batt trays etc and it's used... A good deal yes, something wrong... Maybe he wants to sell it quick to jump on another good deal, boats don't sell as quick this time of year either for obvious reasons...
