I sure I do. I would have to get in my boxes and look. It was only ran once before the motor switch was made.

How much use on the 1521 motor ?

I personally never ran it. The original owner Aussie hydros stated it was only ran a few times and never over heated. Motor is still very tight and will have a lot more life out of it.
