---------SOLD on another forum----------
Last year I had some struggles with getting the Sprintcat up to speed. I cooked one of these, and this was the replacement from Neu. The label says 5/30/14, box says June 30, but I didn't get it back until the middle of July. I made about (10) 3 min runs on 6s, and 2-3 runs on 7s under 2 min.(boat ran fine, motor never ran too hot, never got wet), then I opted for a higher kv and this went on the shelf. I must have nicked the insulation on two of the wires while manhandling something in the boat, you can see that in the pics. The shaft has a bit of a mark on it near the endbell from a thrust bearing, not scored, but you can just barely feel it with a fingernail, and the shaft does have a small flat spot ground in. Castle 8mm bullets, and the wires are the actual winding wires, which is more robust than soldered on wires, but you will have to deal with the varnish if you want to shorten them.
KV is 1250
No cooling jacket is included.
A great and popular motor, and this is really close to brand new other than the things I described, but I don't think I'll be using it too soon, so if anybody wants it I'll take $175 shipped to lower 48. Not looking for "offers", thanks for looking.
